Launch – The Art of Gift Wrapping – Soolip Paperie & Press
On April 17th, Wanda Wen, founder of Soolip, Paperie & Press will be celebrating the release of her new book, “The Art of Gift Wrapping.” An exhibition of artists will take place from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. I personally enjoyed watching Aleksey Shirokov exhibiting his craft of master calligraphy at A Soolip Wedding this past February. A cocktail reception and book signing from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. will follow.
The book contains more than 50 projects and ideas with tips and techniques on how to creatively and beautifully present and wrap the perfect gift ranging from the use of natural to luxurious materials. Remember – it’s all in the presentation…

Launch – Urban Outfitters Bridal Line
Urban Outfitters, Inc. is set to launch a bridal website. Along with bridal gowns, they plan to sell bridesmaid dresses, shoes, invitations and paper goods. On the company’s earnings conference call, CEO, Glen T. Senk, stated “That we hope we will be as innovative as our existing brands.”
The dresses will be created by Anthropologie’s design team and guest designers.

This dress is not from the Bridal Line, but we think it is a great little dress for any wedding from Anthropologie.
